I hate my computer. I hate my computer. I hate my computer... *sigh* It broke. Again. No idea how long I'll be without it for, but there you go. I'll be out of action for a while, I'm afraid, though I will have brief bursts of activity when I have frees at college (mm. Two a week, and I've already had one) and then after school at the library (like I'm doing now, but I can only do that on Monday and Friday evenings.) It is very sucky and I hate it very much. Will tell you as soon as something positive happens! Sorry about this so much, Jade/Remus. |

I've gotten a couple complaints the last few days regarding the lack of posting. Well I would like to start off by saying please start your own threads it makes modding easier. Next, Maddie and I are planning a couple of big plot points to come up in the next week or so like first Order meeting and a Death Eater meeting. Let me reiterate we have not neglected Imperium and it is alive and well. As soon as the plot points are finalized we will have the meetings. I'm sorry for the frustration that this may have caused you and I ask that you bear with us for a little while longer. Thank you. |

Over the last few weeks I have gotten some complaints regarding the ages of the Black sisters. After some reaserch it was determined the Bella is the oldest, followed by Andi, then lastly Cissa. To make things more clear I checked the birthdates. Bella - xx/xx/1948 Andi - xx/xx/1954 Cissa - xx/xx/1960 These are the new uniform years so every Marauder should have a 1960 birthdate (granted even with that some have not had their birthday yet) making them late teens/early 20s. All those who are Lucius/Andi's age should be in their mid-20s. All the older ones like Bella/Arthur/Molly should be in their early-30s. Thank you for your understanding. |

I am going to be away from tomorrow until Friday and then again from next Monday until Friday for an intensely irritating hospital stay :( I should be able to get online for a while on Tuesday and maybe on some other days (if I can sneak out, that is) BUT I can get email on my mobile phone so might be able to post by email for Sirius, as I paid for his account (I'm crazy, I know) from it. i have a couple of questions concerning the game. this is the first time i RP, so bear with me ;) 1) must all threads in the main journal bear the mention "open RP" or "open to (insert group here)"? 2) is the Order of the Phoenix already a organised group, or will this RP see the birth of it? 3) besides themselves and Lily, who knows that Remus is a werewolf, and the Marauders are animagi? that's all... for tonight! |

Story Opener- The headline in the Daily Prophet was barley a week old before its consequences were being felt. Captions baring the words “Minister of Magic Murdered!” gave way to startling pages accusing well-know witches and wizards of taking part in an elaborate ploy to get rid of the bureaucrat, questioning what authority the Ministry now had, and asking what charges would be brought up against the accused. But charges were never perused. A succession of high-profile fatalities, ending with that of the Minister, would show a turn over in power. The new Minister of Magic, an open supporter of Voldermort, wasted no time in submitting a new set of laws. These decrees, harsh against muggle-borns, half-breeds, and witches and wizards baring certain ‘afflictions’ are seeing there way slowly through the system. Playing upon hate, fear, and greed, they are gaining more supporters by the day, and it’s only a matter of time before they are passed. However, some prestigious faces in the community have yet to submit to this outrageous line of rule. Albus Dumbledore – a well known supporter of equality in all its forms – has taken it into his power to speed up the training of an elite group known as the Aurors, who he feels can put an end to this indecent uprising. Supporting them, and also run by the Headmaster of Hogwarts, is The Order of the Phoenix- a group comprised of other renowned witches and wizards advocating the downfall of ‘Voldermort’ and his followers. With the early release of Aurors, the growing membership of the Order, the numerous ranks of the Death Eaters, and Voldermort’s heavy influence over government policy, the wizarding world is about to be thrust into disarray; and a not-so-quiet war is on the horizon. ((Yeah. Whoo! And so, that’s the state of things where we begin. Your posts don’t have to have anything to do with this, or they could, it’s up to you. But now get posting! I am Hazel and I play Sirius and Molly *waves at everyone* I am also a royal pain in the arse as I'm currently in the middle of a stupid hospital thing that means that they drag me away for two weeks every month without proper internet access, though I'm back at weekends for RP fun! I am most terribly sorry about that! I'm another Brit, but I have really crazy sleep patterns so it doesn't tend to mess with my RPing. Um. I cannot think of much else. Ooookay. So, originally, we were going to start this thing up next Monday. But then, due to some player-input, we realized that next Monday is a full week away. Seeing as a week-long wait is not at all satisfactory, and more importantly, because we can, this date has been changed. The rp will now begin on Wednesday. Monday night (aka tomorrow) we'll post up the current AIM list, and Tuesday look on the regular board for the story opener. Then, let the posting begin at your own discretion. Feel free meantime to take after Gill and introduce yourselves if you haven't already. Any early questions/ideas/comments we'll be happy to listen to, and you can catch either myself or Rob on AIM or through email. We promise we aren’t evil and mean, and we love to hear from everyone.
