how do you put your icons and stuff in your posts? i just joined this community and wanted to put up a couple i'd made but i don't know how to display them.

Can some PLZ PLZ PLZ make me an icon with thaese 4 pictures
   
and make it say at the end on a black background "Clay Fucking ROX" in white letters
