Rules: 1) Once you join, you must fill out the application within 48 hours. 2) Please put your application in a lj-cut like so: [lj-cut text="whatever you want it to say]application[/lj-cut] but switch the []'s to <>. 3) Put "Am I a hot emo fuck?" in the subject. 4) You may start voting on people after you have been stamped. 5) If you get rejected you may apply again in a week, but after being rejected 2 times you're done. 6) Don't be overly rude or a general ass. 7) The majority of votes determine whether or not you're accepted. 8) If you don't promote, it's an automatic no.
