My husband and I saw this ad on the local TV last week, and we both busted out laughing at the end of it. I understand they're doing it for a bunch of regions. I thought it was a Dunkin Donuts ad at first, but no, it's McDonald's.

The only term I can firmly say I've never heard of is the "Newyorkachusetts" one. The rest are all common used (well, I have heard of Manhattan Chowder, but RI has their own chowder too, you see) terms at least in Southern New England.
