I keep saying I'm going to post more and then I disappear off the face of the planet. My life is BORING.

Jack is doing much better. He's gotten a bit fat to be honest. I ordered his canned food from Chewy.com and he seems to like it better. It's fresher than what I can get from Chuck & Dons. Way cheaper too. I bought two cases for 50$, that's over 22$ off. Sorry mail person.

Can it be Imagine Dragons Album drop date now? I'm tired of getting one song at a time. Just give me the whole damn thing you assholes.

Something is up with my tomatoes. I may end up having to ask reddit. The leaves are curling and the tops seem stunted. But it's not at all yellow. They have a few brown marks. I'm pretty sure that's hail damage. I'm hoping I'm just over watering them. I'm not used to the weird tops. I'll post pictures later. If it's something bad. Crap. I'm not looking forward to having to skip a year.

 It snowed last night. I'm so very unhappy about that. It was 70f a few days ago. What the shit.

 I'm so annoyed right now. Google will do this thing where they'll update an app. But, because my tablet it so old they'll stop pushing the newest version to me. So I've no idea that the google app I'm using is getting older and buggier. This happened first with google calendar it hasn't updated since 4/18/2014. I'm stuck with the old not material design version I can't even input an event anymore.

I haven't gotten a google survey since 11/21/15. So I checked the app. Not compatible. Great. I've been doing surveys for them since 2014. I've eared 70$ now.. screw me I guess. How hard would it be to shoot me an email expressing how sorry they are that they can't serve my old OS? At least let me know?! I just know pretty soon I'll be screwed on all the google apps. Google keyboard folds up after I type three words and won't come back. Chrome hasn't updated since 4/28/15 (crap) hangouts hasn't updated since 12/8/15. Sheets and docs were removed which surprised me. What the heck is in sheets that my tablet can't do? Processing power? Crashes they can't fix?

But google+ and Google Newstand sure do update a lot....

Crap. I need to find a new browser. I really need a new tablet. But.. ugh. This one still functions okay. As long as I just use chrome to read fic I should be okay. My problem is I keep forgetting! I've been using firefox to read webcomics. Because they have an adblocker I can install.

I just had the best beer I've had in a while. It was from coney island brewing co and the flavor was hard cherry cream ale. SO GOOD. Mmmmmm.

It's only the 14th and I'm already tired of hearing about Trump. I have a few filters at reddit and google news so I can have a bit of a break. But it's everywhere. And it just makes me so SAD every time I see anything about him.

I talked about We Are the Ants by Shaun David Hutchinson in my last post and it did get weirder but not in a bad way. I ended up finishing it in one sitting. I didn't hate it. But it also didn't change my life. It was nice to read a story were the main character is gay. I don't really want to give anything away. So I'll leave it at that. Has anyone else read this? And are we all GR friends? Because we fucking should be.

Wow. For a second there I couldn't remember how to post an entry. Funny enough yesterday I couldn't even find photoshop on my computer. When I finally did I had trouble using it. I haven't made anything in over a year. I don't see that changing any time soon. My computer can't handle it and nether can I. It just stopped being fun. I was obsessing about reposters and how no one gave a shit about reposters. It wasn't healthy. I was basing my happiness on how popular an edit became. The only time I really was enjoying myself was making edits either for people or Merlin. I was scared of fucking up and being made fun of in other fandoms. I'm too old for that bullshit.

SO. I now game a bit. Mostly really old games like Fallout 3 and Fallout New Vegas. STARDEW VALLEY. My god. That game can ruin your fucking life.

I'm going to attempt to read 25 books this year. I'm off to a slow start. I keep trying to get into this book and I just give up. (Wow. This beta create entries page doesn't have a way to do the coding for me? Holy cow. I don't remember how to link stuff. Okay there we go the old version.) We Are the Ants by Shaun David Hutchinson. I keep trying to get into it. But it's just so damn weird. SO WEIRD.

I've had mumbly_mumpy as my icon journal since 2003. And today, I'm going to close it. No, I'm not packing up all my toys and moving to tumblr. I finally convinced myself to create an icon community.

I've wanted one for the longest time. But the idea of leaving my old icon journal was way too hard for me. I loved the name lepapillon forced me to use, I never thought I'd find another name. For years I've been trying to think of something, bothering the shit out of all my friends. Finally, moonilicious forced me to just go with shoppery because the name amused me so much.

So, there you are. shoppery. I totally made 110 icons to kick start it ALSO I created a post where people can request stuff if they want to. I'll see how that goes. You guys get first dibs.

It's still going strong. Not only fic BUT ART PROMPTS AND FILLS.

Some time in the next few days I’m going to do my yearly flist cleaning. Don’t worry. I’m only removing those that haven’t posted in 6 months and haven’t given a reason for being AWOL. (Why is it when people say this out loud it sounds like A WALL. I’m pretty sure if you’re missing you aren’t a wall. More like a boat or a small car, maybe.)

Ever notice how it’s harder to open a program when you’ve got ideas but worried you won’t be able to do it. I think my problem is I don’t have that OMG I HAVE TO FINISH drive that bigbang gives me.
