  • Hot Weather: Keeping Babies Safe

    During periods of hot weather, babies are among the most vulnerable. Their bodies are less able to regulate their temperature, they sweat less and can become dehydrated very quickly.

    There are precious few countries where, as in Luxembourg, multiple languages are in daily use throughout the entire national territory, both orally and in written form, and in every aspect of life. Luxembourg is characterised by its multilingualism: Luxembourgish, German and French are spoken on a daily basis alongside the languages of the 180 nationalities living in the Grand Duchy, in particular Italian, Portuguese and English. These languages reflect the migratory flows and the country's institutional and financial development.
