Who is gloryforever? I'm a 43-year-old English teacher from Mexico who has gone over to the bad side because they had better cookies. I'm divorced, I'm a mother of two and in a former life I was an Industrial Engineer.
What will I find in this journal? I've kept this journal for a number of years now, and there've been some periods of really intense writing followed by long silences that I stopped apologizing for a while back. When I do write, I do it in a stream-of-consciousness sort of way and I do everything from silly memes that nobody cares about to work-related anecdotes (may contain sarcasm), including children-related posts, random thoughts, furious rants and once in a blue moon a spot of creative writing (which you can find under the tag 'fic' although some of it is based on very real events).
Can we be friends? Due to nosy bosses the nature of my work I had my journal set to "Friends Only" for a very long time, but I've removed the lock and most entries are public now. However, I do appreciate it when people let me know that they're reading - don't be shy and drop me a line! Chances are I will add you back if we have a few interests in common =)
