I intended this to mainly be a fannish journal...that really didn't happen.
I'm learning Gaelic: It appears I talk about it rather a lot.
I'm a geek of the excessive book reading/movie watching/fanfiction writing kind. I'm particularly fond of science-fiction (especially the more obscure bits of Dr Who) but I'm highly suggestible towards other areas of potential fannish glee. I'm mostly into podcasts and Leverage recently, though I'm currently having a fling with Good Omens. Secondary obsessions involve classic BBC dramas, eminently quotable comedy from the 80s (Smeghead. Bob. 42.), obscure documentaries, gothic architecture, knitting and photography. Oh and people are beautiful regardless of gender.
Everything is better with penguins.
I believe in the ground beneath my feet, the sky above me and that we only get this one life and should make the best of it. I occasionally invoke the goddess, by which I'm generally referring to the planet - even aetheists need to blaspheme sometimes.
