Well met, glamourbombers,

Inspired by the UK's Clandestine Insurgent Rebel Clown Army, I'm working on designing some mock recruitment posters for an "Anachronistic Anarchistic Rebel Fairy Army."

So, my glamourcomrades, this is where you come in. I naturally need some recruitment slogans, in the style of "Be All You Can Be", etc. but I seem to be woefully uncreative when it comes to putting a glamourous twist on the things. Any suggestions? Best if they're recognizably based on "real life" military recruitment slogans (preferably U.S., as that's where I'm based), in order to get the point across, but anything's great. The less happy-shiny-glittery, the better, though (nothing against glitteriness, it just doesn't really suit the tone of this mission).

Suggestions on poster designs/etc. are also more than welcome! I plan on providing the posters for everyone's printing and posting pleasure when they're finished, so keep an eye out.

Sorry that I have been away from the community for a while.

We now have a Goblin Market at the Phoenix Faerie Festival, with the next one planned for 11/20 & 11/21.

I run the show as Market Master Mastor Castor, using facial appliance from costumesandprops.com and thescreamteam.com.

There is no money allowed in Market, everything must be traded for.

We ended up with about 12 different "vendors", one pair of them just showing up with goods to trade and ended up setting up their own stall on salvaged carpet.

We used many salvaged materials to build the tables, display cases, and even made a large canopy out of stitched together human clothing. A large salvaged lazy susan was combined with a x-mas tree stand to make a rotating display case for jewelry.

Once the sun went down, we lit up beautiful miniature lanterns, black lights and had a bubble fogger, as well as had DJ DaEmonIAK spinning goblin, troll and faerie music.

This year, we are going to have our own cage/stage to trap entertainers inside, as well as a goblin juke band with homemade instruments.
