Not too many tonight, only Twilight and Bones today. Bones is my newest obsession and I really can't get enough of it. I watched the entire series over the past month and I am just truly in love with it. Watch it if you're not! These icons aren't really anything special, to be completely honest. I just played around a lot with color. But I'm fairly happy with them. *shrug* I had fun while cropping the Twilight trailer. Just Twilight and Gossip Girl today. I haven't really been inspired to make icons from other fandoms. Except for Gossip Girl, I've pretty much lost interest in just about all my shows now that Twilight has pretty much taken over my life. I’m so proud of myself for updating so quickly! I’ve had a lot of free time recently, and when I don’t have free time, I usually have a good reason to procrastinate. Hence, icons. So, it's been more than a little while, to say the least. It's been almost exactly a year since my last post. After my last post, I lost PSP for a while, then finally got PS a while after that. It took some time to get used to and I never made enough icons for a post. Then I got my laptop and only just recently got PS again. But since then, I've kind of gone crazy making icons. My style has definitely changed since my last post, I think for the better, but who knows. I kind of feel like my icons look good on my laptop, but not good anywhere else, so let me know if you guys like them, please. I think I'm going to be able to post a lot more often because I've finally been inspired again. I think it's because television has been so good recently. And it’s actually a little bit of a coincidence that I have such an even number, oddly enough. These are basically sorted by episode because I didn’t feel like sorting them by character/ship/scene because I’m lazy like that. Hopefully it’s organized enough anyway. You’ll notice that almost none of these have text. I don’t like putting text on icons because I think I usually make them look worse. Let me start out with an apology. I haven't posted since September. I suck. But I do have a reason. Sometime in October, my computer crashed and I pretty much lost everything, including my downloaded version of PSP. It took me until December to get a new graphics program. One of my lj friends sent me Photoshop 7.0. I was so happy to have it, but it took me forever to get the hang of the program. I wasn't happy with any icons until about a month ago. After that, I started making icons more regularly. And when school let out for the year last Wednesday, I went kind of icon crazy. I'm still in the learning process of PS, but I think I'm liking my results. Anyway, these icons are totally different from my old style and I hope you guys like them! My resources can be found here.
