Wow that was fast!

I now can quickly become a mahou fan girl with the AMPLE supply of awesome anime in my swap!  Included was an adorable Sailor Venus posable doll, which has been charged with guarding the DVD's from my foster kittens, an all japanese magazine full of rather adorable stuffs that makes me pine to re-learn japanese again, and the following burned series:

I have been swamped with life, and I am so sorry I never posted. I received my musical themed swap from ataventure , and it was a "Build your own musical" kit! It came with a book of fairy tales for inspiration, a journal, some stickers, and the soundtrack for Hair. I will post pics later. Thank you so much ataventure !!!!

I received my musical themed swap from aymaera , and it's wonderful!  Pictures will be up later, but I wanted to share the awesomess that it is first :)
A beautiful card had a play list of a mixed CD full of great sing along songs.  My car thanks you!!  Also included was a copy of the novel Phantom of the Opera, and two BEAUTIFUL handmade necklaces!!!  One is of a red rose against a burgundy background on a black lace chain, and the second is the classic Phantom mask on a black background with a similar chain.  Both stunning!

I got my swap from brown_eyes  in the mail the other day, it was very sweet and thoughtful :) 



First, everything was wrapped prettily, brown paper packages tied up with string! 

And the card has a cat on it! CATS

And then, guys, do you see that novel? Les Miserables? I cannot capture the scale of this thing. I don't think any modern imaging device can. Imagine if you would, an average paperback. Stack five of them together. The thing is nearly 1500 pages long people! 

She also sent the Phantom of the Opera novel! Your copy should be travelling on its way towards you haha ;) And to accompany it, songs from Andrew Lloyd Webber :)

The other two CDs are the Avenue Q soundtrack which sounds like it should be quite funny, and a mix CD! I'm really looking forward to listening to it, I need new ridiculous singalongable songs in my life :D

Finally, a few arty items, musical staff and note ribbon, and iron ons! I haven't got any IDEA what to do with the iron ons, but they are SO PRETTY. And they have SHINY FOIL

not that shiny foil iron ons would affect me any differently at any other time of day

Ooh, and a Wicked bookmark! Which is also shiny! And glittery! Wicked is my new favourite musical, Defying Gravity is so much win. YOU GO ELPHEBA

I got my fabulous book swap from scream_baby! (Sorry for the late report scream_baby; we're in the process of moving so things are more than a little crazy around here!



This swap was totally awesome! It includes one of the last Kerouac books I need and a book by Bono and a superadorable crochet book, cute little bookplates with owls, a quote magnet, a quote bookmark with a little butterfly with seeds you can plant (how cool is that?), and a beautiful blank book with quotes throughout (I always need these so it will definitely be well-used!). Thanks so much scream_baby! Sorry again for the lateness. Oh, and to answer your question, yes, I am totally going to see U2 in Vancouver. :D

I was surprised by a gigaaaantic box omg at the post office today, it was my swap from zaqurus ! It was so fabulous, I was just beside myself with glee after pulling each book out
