hmmm thought id make a post an...give some life to this community...as it is now like mine...pretty much dead hehehe...well this is a music one so ill talk about my recent music events...
on tuesday and wednesday of this week..my school competed in the cowra eisteddfod in the choir an band...an also had 2 rock bands that were in it aswel...i was in both the choir an band...and 1 of the rock groups...which in my opinion and many other peoples opinions...was the better rock group of the 2 sent...
the school choir and band won both the sections they competed in...yep...an my rock band lost the 2 sections we were in...the first section was against a jazz band...an yeah they were better then us...cause its a bloody jazz band...an the other was against our schools other rock band...the juniors...an somehow they bloody beat us by 1 bloody point...i have no idea how...obviously its no longer about how well u play the music...its how fuckin stupid u look on stage an how out of time an tune u can be?...i say the judges around here have it in for us...been stooged twice now by judges...at the battle of the bands an this eisteddfod...but i dunno...maybe we are shit?...i dont really care...either way we lost...an thats that...no point holdin a grudge...i know i can play bass better then anyone else in our school...better then their bass player...an thats all that matter to me...yep...hehe indeed!!!

Austin, Bassist, Im not too good, been playing 2 years, but stopped playing for like half a year, picked it back up recently and am ashamed at myself for not just practicing over that time
I play a 4 string B.C. Rich NJ Beast, umm... i like to play a lot of stuff, primarily listen to metal but my playlist is filled with lots more and i also learned a lot of differnt kinds of songs, partly to just have the influence of them, but its time to go, see ya
