So yeah I haven't really kept up with this much but I want to. To all the new friends I'm adding hi you just sounded cool or interesting to me. Having fun people on my friends list will be like motivation to write here. I'll update with stuff about my life soon I swear.

I NEED to go to a CLUB!!!!

I haven't been dancing in so long that I practically twitch where I hear some good music. I love dancing to anything upbeat (even Shakira).

There is a club nearby hosting a prom every Friday night for the rest of the summer and I REALLY WANT TO GO!!. I hope somebody in particular asks me. I'll hit the thrift store, they always have prom dresses with the poofy shoulder straps and the huge tafeta skirts!! I'm so excited!!!

I started eating better this week. If only I could fit more excercise into my life. The hing is the more I seem to need to excercise, the less I seem to feel up to doing it. I am caught in the catch 22 of excercising and it sucks.

My best friend is getting married. Always a bridesmaid I guess..It kinda sucks though cause all the other bridesmaids are anticipating their own weddings and I don't even have a boyfriend. I need to meet more people, most of the guys I meet are just dull. In fact, most of the people I meet are dull.

I want a guy who DOES bite, but in a good way ;)

It's harder than I thought to just jump on the dieting train. I drank 48oz of water, plus a cup of coffee and a glass of soda. I also ate vegetable lasagne and movie theater popcorn and m&ms. I took a bath last night and tonight I will take another.

The Return of the King was excellent.

I'm starting the 28 day weight loss plan today. Basically I've always been overweight but in the last couple of months I've gained more weight than I'm comfortable with. Believe it or not, I am comfortable with myself when I am around 200 pounds. Right now I'm 230 and I want to get back to 200. No impossible goals. 30 pounds is my goal. If I ever reach it, maybe I'll set another small goal.

The 28 day plan says I should make it a priority to drink 64 ozs of water each day. I'm going to start now with a sixteen ounce glass.

I'm also supposed to set a calorie goal for myself, liie how many calories should be the limit each day. I'm going to go with 1,200 for now. It sounds like a lot for a diet but I'm pretty sure I can stick with it. Maybe next week I'll drop it to 1,100.
