| | excited | ] | I'm starting the 28 day weight loss plan today. Basically I've always been overweight but in the last couple of months I've gained more weight than I'm comfortable with. Believe it or not, I am comfortable with myself when I am around 200 pounds. Right now I'm 230 and I want to get back to 200. No impossible goals. 30 pounds is my goal. If I ever reach it, maybe I'll set another small goal.
The 28 day plan says I should make it a priority to drink 64 ozs of water each day. I'm going to start now with a sixteen ounce glass.
I'm also supposed to set a calorie goal for myself, liie how many calories should be the limit each day. I'm going to go with 1,200 for now. It sounds like a lot for a diet but I'm pretty sure I can stick with it. Maybe next week I'll drop it to 1,100. |
