Tucker My Protector

Although I’m a little limited in my way of life
I don’t often get to lonely or filled up with strife
I have a little partner that is always hanging around,
He keeps me happy, seldom do you see me frown

He’s watching closely from the back of my chair
People that approach me, do so with much care.
His secret is well hidden in his soft little paws,
If you mess with me, out will come his sharp claws.

I’m not trying to frighten you, so here’s the deal
Just me giving you caution, to you I appeal.
It’s better for you to know right from the start,
This little guy has secured himself in my heart.
