NOTABLE CHARACTER INFORMATION

Hitman. Shut-in. Man of few words. Doesn't talk about himself and is very straightforward in conversations. Takes some effort to warm up to people, but is friendly-ish despite his appearance and general demeanor. When in assassin mode, or feeling threatened, he's laser focused and brutal because he was raised only to kill and survive. Gets the job done quick and prefers the charge-in-the-front-door method. As a shut-in he's a slob and avid gamer who lacks adult life skills and is naive about basic shit since he spent most his life obeying orders and being told what to do. Look, the man didn't even know what size underwear he wore, that's how bad he is. Yes, this is canon (from a short story on the P. A. Works website). He carries the trauma of his training with him and exhibits some abnormal behaviours- like specific and bizarre sleeping arrangements, doesn't like being snuck up on, loud noises are bad, anything that might trigger a reaction where assassin instincts kick in. CW: Rei's past includes some difficult topics including child abuse and animal death. Fortunately, he's not forthcoming about his past and this likely will not come up (not even his papa partner is aware of these details). Should an event arise where it potentially might, I intend to check profiles or contact directly to ask permission. Otherwise, this will be avoided entirely.
