After episode 6, I've finally given up on this show. There has always been this potential underneath all that schmuck that I kept hoping and waiting will happen but every episode's a long drag of blowing things out of proportion. Blow up a dilemma then abuse it with a deus ex machina just to, what, highlight the many ways somebody's face can contort to show as many emotions as possible? Drama?

Colonel Young is the single most tolerable character in the show. I use tolerable because even his backstory is bland, but the actor is good and he makes Colonel Young more than what the script provides. Wasted talent on this show.

Giving up World of Warcraft significantly gave me hours of free time. Well, with my new work said hours aren't really that many but still enough that I'm following several shows -- which can't be said during the time I'm actively raiding.

Shows I'm following:
1. Supernatural -- CASTIEL! Nuff said.
2. Leverage - Ah, I love everyone here. Can't really yell out a single name lol
3. Merlin -- so deprived of Arthur/Morgana but... is this a trainwreck syndrome? Masochistic streak? I know my pair is doomed and yet here I am.
4. Stargate Universe - only about to start it
5. Gossip Girl - still clearing Season 2 lol but the only 2 people I find interesting in this show are Chuck and Blair.

Books I'm reading:
1. American Gods - Em must be celebrating I finally picked this up. Actually, I just found the audio books but I like reading more than listening so I'll have to hunt down the shop for this.
