After more than a year, I'm thinking of bringing this community back. I don't really have the energy to do a challenge a week, but perhaps every other week? It all depends on whether or not I get some interest in the community.

So, anyone interested?

Hello to all of you who have been patiently waiting for us to start up again. We should be posting the voting for the Prisoner of Azkaban challenges and the next challenges very soon.

In the meantime, feel free to keep entering the current challenges (we don't have many entries at the moment). Also, I'd love it if people could comment here and tell me what they'd like the next challenges to be. I have ideas of course (I was thinking XMen or Pride and Prejudice or something), but I'd like to hear what you think.

Again, I'm sorry we were gone for so long and I hope everyone is still interested in this community.

The mods for this community are currently trying to find housing and that's taking up the majority of their time and energy. This means it's hard to make deadlines with anything, including this community. So until we have housing, any updates will be sporadic at best.

I will post the voting for the current challenge soon and I'll post the winners not too long after that. Then maybe at some point soon I'll post a new challenge.

I'm really sorry guys. I love your involvment in this icontest and I wish I could keep it up, but I can't right now. I'm guessing (hoping!) this semi-hiatus will be over in under a month, but we'll have to wait and see.

Sorry this is so overdue. Both the mods are currently looking for a place to live, so computer stuff tends to come second.

Just so you know, the current challenges will be open until Friday the 2nd at 11:59PM Pacific Time.

Well done everyone! Not many people voted, but it seems like people (myself included) have been kind of non-responsive as far as the internet goes recently.

Also, I'm trying this new thing of including what the crossed media are. Do people like that?

Since I'm the only person who entered Challenges 15 and 16 (the Prisoner of Azkaban challenges) I have two options now. Either I can cancel the challenges and move on (although I know that at least one other person has made icons and just forgotten to enter) or I can extend them until next Friday instead of posting a new challenge. Everyone should comment here and tell me what they'd prefer.

Voting results for challenges 13 and 14 will be posted in about 20 minutes.

Please comment with a vote for your top 3 favorite icons in each challenge. Your vote will not count if you do not vote for 3 in each category. All comments will be screened. Voting will be open until Monday the 22nd, at 11:55PM Pacific Time.

Well done everyone! We had very little voting, but hopefully we can get more next time.

Please don't forget to enter the current challenges HERE. They are bopth "Lady Marmalade" themed, and will be open until Saturday the 20th at 11:55PM Pacific Time (although I'll accept anything that's in before the voting is posted).

So far, no one has entered this challenge! Is it a bad challenge or should I extend it? I personally liked the caps (despite their being small) and I think the lyrics have a lot of potential. But if people disagree with me, I guess we could skip over this one.
