Quite simply, this is a community for fans of Charlotte Elspeth Pollard: self-proclaimed Edwardian Adventuress and walking paradox magnet. Charley was born on the day the Titanic sank and was supposed to die on the R101 crash--only a certain renegade Time Lord decided to rescue her. This, unfortunately, might not have been a good idea.
