| ♥ You do have to be a member of the community to submit icons. ♥ Icons must fit LJ requirements [40KB max; 100x100 pixels max; format: JPG, GIF or PNG] ♥ Submit up to three icons. ♥ Only use the pictures provided. ♥ Animation is allowed. ♥ Upload your pictures to your own server, or a free image hosting site. ♥ To sumit you icons you have to comment the challenge post. In the subject you must put ICONS. ♥ The icons will be anonymous until the winners are published. Don't display your icons anywhere until AFTER voting has finished. ♥ You don't have to be a member of the community to vote. ♥ Don't vote for yourself, and don't ask anyone to vote for you. If this happens, your vote will not count. ♥ Anonymous votes are not counted. ♥ Comments are screened. |
