I have no idea if anyone is planning a new community, but I figured it couldn't hurt to post this here:-)

Okay... for those people who were at Challenge last year... what's the schedule like? As in when do things start, when do they end, etc.

I'm looking for stuff that's a bit more detailed than just 'Friday to Sunday', since my sister and I may be going to Challenge, but she *may* have to be back at work in Montreal for 9am monday morning.

Also, what are ticket costs like, and how does one get them?

Hey guys...I was just wondering if anyone knew anything about a Planet Hollywood-type thing going on this year after the basketball game? I know they had one in Orlando last year but it doesn't look like there's a PH location in either Ft. Lauderdale or Miami...so if anyone knows anything, let me know? Or if the only things are those 21+ arm-and-a-leg parties are the only ones.

Does anyone know anyone who can make it to Florida on their own, can take care of their own transportation and room and DOESN'T have a ticket to the skills challenge or basketball game?

Sister's friend has bailed and I feel bad 'cause we got her a weeknd pass...

and my hat comes in tomorrow so I should be easy to find...look for the goober in the gray hat that says 'graymouse'...

Um, none. Why? Because of 1) I'm going with my underage sis and that wouldn't be fair to leave her, 2) I'm not really a club girl, and 3) its way too freakin' expensive.

The CFTC LJ Gathering is set to be Sunday (July 20th) at 12 noon, at T.G.I. Friday's at 500 Ocean Drive, Miami Beach, 33139. Come play! =)

Anyone know a good place to buy disposable cameras that are inexpensive?

Also, (and this is my teenie question so bear with me)... During previous CFTC's, were there bins or whatever for fans to place letters and gifts to the guys? Kinda like what they did at some Pop Odyssey concerts.

My roommate emailed the fan club about drinks. This is the reply.

You will be able to purchase beverages at the Celebrity Skills but I'm not sure what price the vendors will be charging. You will not be able to bring food or drink into the gated area.

6. Where are your seats for the events? My sucky "fan club" seat for skills are in section C row 17 and my seat for the bb game is section 121 row 3. I'm not sure how row 17 (last row) is a "good" seat when right now you can buy row 4 on Ticketmaster.

Hi there. I have a question that I'm hoping some kind soul who has attended CFTC before can answer. Its not a hard one, I promise. *grins* Does anyone recall or can estimate how long the skills challenge and basketball games are? I know the skills challenge starts at 3:30 but I want to make dinner reservations afterwards and don't know how late to make them. Any and all thoughts/suggestions/etc are greatly appreciated.
