carodeeI picked up a pinch hit for RarePair because the author has written some superb Thunderheart fic and it was lingering on the pinch hit list for weeeeeks. My fic wasn't anywhere near as good but it was something she could read that she hadn't written.
If you haven't seen the movie Thunderheart, you should check it out. It's got early Val Kilmer and Graham Greene looking fine and it was considered well-researched and respectful of Native Americans at the time. The two men snark at each other, work a crime together, and end up facing death together. Very slashy. (Autocorrect sucks. The movie was NOT slushy.)

I also ran into this cute little Halloween game and I've been playing it constantly. It's a combination match 3 and tetris-y falling game. Only with adorable little monster faces. Don't click on the flashing PLAY graphic. Wait for the game to load.
