Well, these things happen. The carpenter called today saying that there has ben a delay, the staining isn’t done, and it will either be Friday or next week before they can be installed. So we’ll see how that goes, but one of these days… it WILL happen. What’s a few more days after several months of waiting?

Amen to that, Todd. My heart really went out to the man who had just retired after 40-some years as a high school science teacher, said he had a very large library of books that were just…gone. He was in tears and I don’t blame him.
Having just waited an extra two weeks or more to have our awning put up, I know how annoying it can be.
A clear cut case of shelf abuse.
Oh my.
They are here now, or were for a while before leaving to do something, but they will be back and start installing this afternoon. I should have some pictures of the process underway before long. I hope.
