Earlier today i heard squawking and screeching and something shot in through the balcony door.
It was a bird.
It must have been under attack or some such and flew inside. Scared the crap outta me. it found its way to the corner of the room in front of the hinges on the door and sat there. As a prompt, i opened the door fully and sat watching it.
It didn't move for maybe 10 minutes, just stayed in the same position face to the wall. Eventually it turned around and faced towards me. I got the impression it was waiting for some attack, movement or something. It looked at me and moved its head side to side a few times, then looked towards the open door. Not sure how long it stared, Maybe a minute before it flew out.
I shut the door for a few hours after that. |
