Thanks for making this comm, missteacakes! Barty and Reg both have very small fanbases - especially compared to loads of other characters - but those of us who love them tend to be really creative and cool people, I'm glad someone stepped up and started a place for us all to come together.

aka The Welcome Post

I had someone ask me recently, "Why them?" ...I couldn't give an answer more solid than "Because it would be cute! Besides, it's possible..." Although honestly, there are some ships out there that couldn't do any better than that. So if you would like to comment to this particular post and give me a better argument--or any argument at all--that would be fabulous. In so doing, I would also (hopefully) be able to start this community off with a discussion.

I can say, though, that I'm not entirely sure how long this ship has existed without anyone creating any sort of gathering place for us. Personally, I'm tired of digging for Regulus/Barty and despairing at the lack. Hopefully having a community will both help people find fic/art as well as encourage future creation.

And thus ends an inspiring first post.

OH! If someone wants to make a pretty icon (or any icon, really) for the comm, there would be much love. It's something I've never really got down to an art...
