Campaign website
Bowen's campaign website stated the following:
Top priorities
These are the core commitments that guide this campaign in Utah’s 2nd District.
National security and service
America needs strength, discipline, and leadership that respects those who serve. A serious defense posture and serious stewardship should go together.
Traditional money, sound markets
Fight inflation, rein in deficit spending, and support free-market policies rather than donor favoritism, socialism, or corporate welfare.
Traditional values and families
Defend life, parental rights, honesty in public life, and the institutions that help families and communities flourish.
Constitutional limits
Congress should legislate openly, live within constitutional boundaries, and stop surrendering power to bureaucracies and insider process.
Border, law, and public safety
Enforce the law, restore seriousness at the border, and reject policies that reward chaos or punish ordinary law-abiding Americans.
Local control
Push more decision-making back toward Utah, counties, families, and communities wherever the Constitution permits.
