Many of us struggle with appearance/self confidence issues. I want this to be a place where people can vent their issues, get/give advice and obtain the ocassional confidence boost that is always needed. This community also covers make-up, face and body products, hair products, fashion.. anything beauty related. Feel free to ask questions, share tips, and favorite brands/products. Show us your make-up skills, pictures of yourself, things that inspire you..Whatever you want. Pictures of cats are always acceptable as well:)
I have struggled for years obsessing over and hating my appearance, and i have used make-up and constant changing looks to try and mask my insecurities. It's always nice to find a support group of people that can relate. I was inspired at an early age, to dedicate my life to making others look and feel beautiful. I love injecting confidence into other people, even if i don't have it myself. Being a make-up artist and a licensed esthetician, the beauty industry is my life. I love inspiring and sharing my knowlege with everyone.
Since this community is new i will be forming the rules as i go. So join and post away:)
One MAIN rule-- This is not a dieting community or pro-ed. Any disordered people are more than welcome, but there will be no sharing of tips that promote harmful behaviors, no listing what you ate for the day, no THINSPO pictures, and please do not ever use the phrase "stay strong, think thin!" or "SS&TT". Also, please do not post any types of surveys. They are annoying. Thank you:)
