Hey people, I just joined up, and have been a amradio/ridel high fan for years, Can anyone tell me if the Friday mp3s that used to be posted are still around anywhere as Ive lost all the songs I downloaded and Ive seen kevinridel.com dont exist anymore :( If anyone can help out that would be excellent :0)

I've been looking for AM Radio lyrics all over the net (that you can read, not just written on the notebook) and I can't seem to find any..I've really been looking for Cold Blue, since the song has been stuck in my head all day. But I've been a fan of Am Radio for over a year now, since my friend got me into them! Anyways..I think I'll post here often =)

I heard "Taken For a Ride" in a radio commerical early this morning for a movie on KROCK new york.
I think it was Eurotrip.. like the way they described it was what the song was about.. involving a porn star? Hayley ( weezerchild703) said it's in "The Perfect Score" so I may be wrong.
I was asleep when I heard this mind you.

LA FANS - Go to an open mic night hosted by Kevin -

I'm hosting an open mic night at M Bar this upcoming Thursday (the 8th). The night starts at 8pm and is free. I'll be closing the evening with an acoustic set of my own with a cellist. I'll probably end up going on at around 10/10:30pm.
Oh yeah! I'm also considering wearing the Kung Fu outfit I just acquired.

Kevineil and Dara are also putting up Friday mp3s... (when they get around to doing it haha they've started to slack a bit due to tech and time problems i suppose)
For any of you who have been checking out the band's site, www.amradioonline.com - you've noticed that the band has been working on some new songs. In an update Kevin posted on www.kevinridel.com (an unofficial fan site that's supported by KR) "We're recording some new songs with our buddy, Rod Cervera, shooting some performance footage for our video for Hush with Nathan Cox". So, be on the look out for any new mp3s or info about the video.
For those of you who don't know already, the band has been looking for a new manager. No, Rivers and the band didnt fight. I believe there was a conflict with RC having time and working with Weezer - but dont quote me on that ;-)
