Recipe 006 - Brioche (Second Try)

I'm really behind in posting recipes... I have three others I need to write and post. I'll try and get them ready this week-end, as I have a four day week-end (well almost, I'm working four hours on Sunday) because of the bank holidays.
Let's start with my second attempt on brioche.

Last time I tried brioche I kinda failed but I still really wanted to try and bake a brioche. This time I used a recipe from Les Gourmandises d'Elise and the brioche came out much better than my first try.

It's not yet the texture I would like to get, it's not airy enough, but it's much better and much closer to what I'm looking for.

C'est votre nouvelle communauté big bang française !

Le but est simple : écrire une fanfiction de 20 000 mots minimum en l'espace de quatre mois.
Vous pouvez choisir n'importe quels fandoms (sauf rps/rpf), mais aussi écrire un crossover ou encore un univers alternatif.

Spring !

Spring is coming very soon !!!

SPRING

Please refer to this post if you don't know why I'm so happy about spring.
While my life hasn't been as great as last year, it is still very good and very colourful. And I'm in the process of thinking positive, happy and optimistic all the time again =D
And again, I need more happy people around me ! I feel like I'm sending happy e-mails to everyone I know lately to make them smile. I don't mind doing that, I really don't... But people need to be more happy.
Life is good, life is great !
So let's be happy :D

Merlin pic-vid spam

Today's post is all about Merlin !
Everyone should watch this show. It is one of the best show I've ever seen... And it's a little bit weird to say that considering the massive plot holes there are in the episodes sometimes (often). But still !
To this day, this is the only show that had made me ship and slash more than 15 couples ! To the well-known and popular ship such as Merlin/Morgana to the more random ones such as Sir Leon/Morgana. I mean how random is this ?! They don't even share a scene together and yet I love to imagine them together.
I won't list all the couples I love in this show because it grows all the time. Someone name a pairing, I fall in love with it. A few weeks ago it happens for Arthur/Morgause. I read it and then I was like "Oh yeah ! That would be great ! I need to find some fics about it !".
