The Griffins' house is turned upside down when Lois' sister, Carol, marries Mayor Adam West and they both shack up with the family. With two new people sharing the house, the living arrangements are changed dramatically, angering everyone except for Peter and Mayor West.
They actually enjoy their new relationship and do a lot of bonding activities. All of this bonding has us wondering if Peter might be angling for a favor from the mayor.
