BioShock Demo Now Available

For those of you future Rapturians salivating at the prospect of getting your hands on your brand new copy of BioShock…we have something that will tide you over for the next week. The demo for BioShock is now available for download on Xbox Live and allows you to get your feet wet (no pun intended) as you await the final release of the game. So what are you waiting for?? Hop on your 360 and get-to-downloading…Rapture is calling you.

**UPDATE**
For you PC gamers, a demo IS on the way. We are working feverishly to wrap it up and it is in the final stages of testing and approval. Thank you for your patience and understanding! Stay tuned!

...oh and the demo is absolutely BAD ASS btw. I heard many comparisons to Half-Life 2 before playing the demo and I can easily say that it is on par with that comparison.

Marketplace and Live was acting really slow and weird for me last night. I did get the demo after my initial problems went away. I think it has to do with a whole sh!t ton of people downloading your demo. I am very curious to see how many people downloaded the demo. I have a feeling it got more downloads on the first day than any other demo on Live.

If you're interested, a number of Toys 'R Us stores have evidently messed up and have already put Bioshock out for sale ... worth a shot (or at least a phone call) if have a TRU nearby and want to play the whole thing a week early.
