Allow wp:loginout inside of wp:navigation-submenu

Description

The Login/out block can not be added as sub-menu item inside the navigation block.

I think it's a very basic thing that should be possible with that block. It's a commen pattern to have a main menu item "My Account" an an Logout as a sub-menu item.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

1. Launch a new playground ✔
2. Go to "Edit website" in Admin bar ✔
3. Select header and click "Edit navigation" in tool bar ✔
4. Add the "Login/out" block from the block collection into the existing menu ✔
5. Add one of the default pages to the exisitng menu ✔
6. Add a sub-menu to the page from last step ✔
7. Add any default page as a sub-menu item ✔
8. Try to move the login/out block into the same sub-menu ❌
