Firmware is the control software of the computer itself. A lot of computers come standard with Chinese firmware, whose source code is secret. How can you trust your laptop if its operation is secret? Security starts at the source, and that is the code: the source code. NovaCustom supplies computers with coreboot firmware whose source code is published online.

Discover Heads firmware
Combine the power of Qubes OS compartmentalisation, Heads boot integrity verification and physical anti-tamper measures such as security tape, serialised seals, and photographs of the anti-tamper options via Proton Mail.
Ideal for journalists, researchers, activists, or anyone who demands the highest level of security.
BusKill: a USB kill cord
BusKill is a USB kill cord for your laptop. It is designed to protect your data if your device is suddenly taken from you.
When the magnetic USB cable is disconnected (e.g., due to snatch-and-run theft), it triggers a customisable security response: from locking your screen to shutting down or securely erasing encryption keys.
Sustainable energy
Thanks to energy supply from a roof with as many as 85 solar panels, we use only sustainably generated electricity.
Personalize it
Thanks to our laser engraving machine, your laptop will get an even more personal touch. Since our keyboards come in without imprinting, we can realize many keyboard layouts. Furthermore, we can engrave your own logo on the laptop lid or your name on the palm rest part. How cool is that? Customize your laptop with your own logo, just like the examples below.
