Early bird conference pricing for this year’s event is US$500, until July 28, when the regular rate of US$600 will apply. If you are an ASF committer, use your @apache.org email to register for the Committer Rate of US$250!

Travel Assistance

If you are seeking financial assistance to attend Community Over Code, the Travel Assistance Committee (TAC) was reformed in September 2008 with the goal of providing financial assistance to those who would otherwise be unable to attend various ASF-related events. If interested, please visit the TAC site.

Hotel Information

Discounted accommodations for Community Over Code attendees are available at the Hilton Glasgow to book until July 9, after which the rooms will no longer be discounted.. Discounted rates are available for rooms booked anytime from Oct. 9-15, 2026.
