- Hurrah for this first bit of radio work I made 10 years ago now in honour of 100 years. To this very day. Well done @FloraCurzon @FrancescaT_B & Laurel Pardue for being part of this too. Thanks @julian_may and @BBCRadio4 for making and repeating100 years ago tonight the BBC broadcast the first of Beatrice Harrison’s cello and nightingale recitals. At 2.45pm @BBCRadio4 broadcasts Singing with the Nightgales, which @samleesong and I made, in which he sings songs about nightingales to and with them. 1/2
