Sporadic error

    Hello,

    the plugin leads to sporadic errors (files cannot be loaded, Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500) with a larger number of files to be loaded. Increasing the pho.ini variable ‘max_input_vars’ unfortunately did not solve the problem.

    Are there any advices I can try to fix the issue?

    Hi there,

    This is not related to max_input_vars not the plugin. Please check with your host why these 500 happen and what triggers them. They can tell by the server logs

    Let me know what they respond

    Thank you for your response.

    They are not able to give me insights in the server logs or they simply didn’t want to. I had to activate the wordpress debug mode to help myself. There it shows a lot of these lines:

    [06-Dec-2024 14:58:35 UTC] PHP Warning:  mysqli_real_connect(): (HY000/1203): User o12221521 already has more than ‘max_user_connections’ active connections in /homepages/28/d30765147/htdocs/wkbg-ev/wp-includes/class-wpdb.php on line 1982

    Looks like that I have to increase the maximum connections to the database.

    This seems not related to the plugin. Have you checked for plugin conflicts?

    I have checked for plugin conflicts but there are none. The messages are only written when I add more shortcodes to playlists. As soon as I reduce the number of playlists I want to load the problem is gone. The max_user_connections variable is set to 18 on the server which ist pretty low.
