SEO Service Needed

I hope this is the right place to post this. I am in need of SEO services. My WordPress website used to be the first hit for my name in Google but now I am 8 pages back. A drilldown shows that most of my site is indexing.

Bing is having problems with my website too.

I do remember making some small changes with my theme (I forget what), and ever since then, my site’s SEO results have been horrible.

I am willing to pay a consultation fee and then an hourly fee to fix this.
