Hi there, @moniquenamie!
Thanks for reaching out — I’d love to help you get your social connections sorted out. Let me go through each one:
Bluesky: Great news — it looks like your Bluesky connection is already active and working! No action needed here.
Twitter/X: Unfortunately, Twitter dramatically changed the terms and pricing of their API, and despite our best efforts to negotiate, we weren’t able to reach an agreement. As a result, auto-sharing to Twitter/X was permanently discontinued in May 2023. You can read more about what happened here: The End of Twitter Auto-Sharing
You can still share your posts to Twitter manually by copying your post link and pasting it into a tweet.
Facebook: I checked your site on our end, and there are currently no Facebook connections listed for it — so the connection attempts you’ve made so far haven’t gone through. The “Connection confirmed – no account or page found” message tells us that while the login to your Facebook account works, Jetpack Social isn’t finding a Facebook Page to connect to.
Here’s the key: Facebook requires third-party tools like Jetpack to share to Facebook Pages only — not personal profiles. So to use this feature, you’ll need a Facebook Page (like a blog page, business page, or author page).
To get this working, could you confirm a couple of things?
- Do you have a Facebook Page (separate from your personal profile) that you’d like to share posts to? If not, you’d need to create one first.
- Does the Facebook account you’re logging in with have full administrator rights to that Page? (Facebook Groups, and pages managed through Facebook Business Manager won’t work with Jetpack Social.)
Also, before trying again, please reset the Facebook integration to give your site a clean slate. Visit your Facebook Business Integrations settings, find and remove “Jetpack Social” (and/or “Jetpack” if you see it) from the list, then return to your site and try reconnecting Facebook via Jetpack → Social.

Let me know how that goes, and we’ll take it from there!
