Updated Abilities package documentation

The Abilities package will ship with WordPress 7.0 by default, but the script module just needs to be enqueued in plugins to use it.

Update usage examples as well.

More is needed than this, actually. To use the abilities, you have to wait for them to be fetched via the REST API. See:
