Inside the Meta El Paso Data Center: Meet our Facility Technical Manager 👋 Steve Kowalik went from working in nuclear, solar, and battery storage to leading technical teams at one of Meta's newest 1 gigawatt data center sites. Here's what stood out about making the move to tech: 🤔 What does a Facility Technical Manager do? “I lead the subject matter experts across electrical, mechanical, and controls. My day to day is focused on making sure our Facilities Operations team has the resources they need to execute preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues as they come up, and stay trained on the equipment and processes required to keep the facility operating reliably. Every day brings a new challenge and that’s what’s really fun, bouncing improvement ideas off the team, and refining them into great solutions.” ⚙️ On working in tech: “Other industries can be more traditional and slower to move. At Meta, everyone gets to contribute across the board — if you know something, you’re encouraged to contribute even if it’s not your specific area of expertise. 🌱 On career growth: “There’s a wealth of information available, and so many engineers and technicians who are experts in specific areas. Just being able to have conversations with them has helped me learn about things I didn’t even know existed. One big area is AI — Meta helped me learn how to build effective prompts and scale my impact.” 💡 His advice for anyone considering the leap: “I’d encourage anyone looking at Meta to consider their entire skillset and stay open to learning. Everything you bring is valuable, and because we move fast, every day involves learning something new.” ⭐ Interested in joining a high-impact team at our 1 gigawatt data center in El Paso? You’re scaling infrastructure, but the real bottleneck is whether these teams can actually trust and operate the systems they’re running.
Dear Instagram Support Team, I am writing to report an issue with my Instagram account (@_aa.sh.23), which was suspended recently. I believe my account was hacked, as I noticed unauthorized changes such as my username, profile name, display picture, and possibly email address being altered without my permission. During this period, I was not actively using my account, and I suspect the hacker may have violated Instagram’s community guidelines, which resulted in the suspension. I am the original owner of this account (Name: Ayush Sharma) and kindly request you to review my case and restore my account. I am also facing an issue while submitting the video selfie verification, as it shows an error even after multiple successful attempts. I request your assistance in resolving this issue as soon as possible. Thank you for your support. Sincerely, Ayush Sharma Username: @_aa.sh.23 Instagram Facebook Meta Adam Mosseri
sir please i badly need your help.. i was looking for help, to regain my permanently disabled account. all those memories are there even with my late mom, ill be dying to regain it back its like an heartbreak as her last video that she was still alive was there, she died due to medical malpractice.. and i would really appreciate it if you can help me access it back. please i beg you
My team is commercializing a proprietary, zero-parasitic-load Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) thermal architecture. Instead of treating data center cooling tower blowdown as a municipal liability, our system strips the concentrated minerals and loops 100% pure distillate directly back into the cooling matrix. It effectively creates a closed-loop water island, permanently decoupling hyperscale growth from local watershed limits.
What stands out is how transferable skills are becoming more valuable than specific roles. Moving across industries and still creating impact shows that adaptability is now a core advantage. In fast-moving environments like this, the ability to learn and contribute across domains matters more than staying in one defined lane.
Steve Kowalik’s transition from nuclear and solar to a 1-gigawatt data center highlights the massive cross-industry expertise required to power the AI era. It’s inspiring to see how Meta fosters a culture where subject matter experts are encouraged to contribute beyond their niche, driving both personal growth and operational reliability. A great blueprint for how traditional engineering skills can lead the charge in high-impact tech infrastructure.
Titles don’t scale impact, systems and people do. The real power isn’t in the data center… it’s in teams that continuously learn, adapt, and keep the machine running without breaking.
Meta Return my Instagram account @iamaffankhan_ falsely accused me of CSE which is a ridiculous accusation gathered an evidence from reddit where another user was flagged for CSE too but his account was restricted for 1 day for sending msgs while my account got disabled this shows meta ai system arbitrary see SS below

As a Meta Verified creator, I am experiencing a severe 'Logic Loop' within your integrity systems. Meta has already officially admitted to a 'technical error' regarding the suspension of my account (Case ID: 1871233663716987) and reinstated one account, yet my primary professional accounts remain unfairly suppressed under the same proven false flag. My identity has been cleared via biometric/ID checks, but automated systems are ignoring the evidence. I am looking for urgent Manual Review from the Dublin team to resolve this systematic injustice.
