Zoones

Zoones habe ich als “World of Warehousing” bei Steinbach auf der grünen Wiese begonnen — als Product Owner und Entwickler, heute im Einsatz mit 100+ Anwendern und robotergestützter Kommissionierung. Was als Lagerverwaltung startete, ist über die Jahre zu einem vollständigen Warehouse Management System gewachsen: 3D-Modellierung, Echtzeit-Visualisierung, SPS-Anbindung (Siemens S7), Pick-to-Light, Fördertechnik-Steuerung, IoT-Geräte, Mobile Clients, ADR-konformes Gefahrgut-Handling, ERP-Integration — 90+ konfigurierbare Entitätstypen, und jeder einzelne hat eine Geschichte.

I started Zoones as “World of Warehousing” at Steinbach from scratch — as Product Owner and developer, now serving 100+ users with robotic commissioning. What began as warehouse management has grown over the years into a full Warehouse Management System: 3D modeling, real-time visualization, PLC integration (Siemens S7), pick-to-light, conveyor control, IoT devices, mobile clients, ADR-compliant hazardous goods handling, ERP integration — 90+ configurable entity types, and every single one has a story.

Mein AnsatzMy Approach

Bevor ich etwas ändere, will ich das Gesamtsystem verstehen — weil in der Logistik jede “kleine Anpassung” mehr berührt als man denkt. Gute Lösungen entstehen im Team, nicht im Alleingang.

Before I change anything, I want to understand the full system — because in logistics, every “small change” touches more than you'd think. Good solutions come from teamwork, not solo efforts.
