Like Anisphia, I was born into "royalty"—a CS Degree, winning national award, and early management success at a top enterprise.
But having the Title isn't the same as having the Magic.
I found myself leading technical teams and winning awards, yet feeling the "tech ceiling"—managing systems I hadn't built with my own hands. I realized I was on a path to becoming a bureaucrat, not a Wizard.
I am choosing to step down from the ivory tower.
