Welcome to Hotbirds — where spice meets Southern hospitality.
It started with four friends who couldn't stop talking about fried chicken, so they built the spot they wanted to eat at themselves. What came out of it: Nashville heat, done our way. Crispy tenders, stacked sliders, and golden fries piled high — everything fried fresh to order and made exactly how you like it. Choose your heat level, from Naked to On Fire. From our signature Hotbirds sauce to creamy mac & cheese and loaded fries, every bite is built to be bold and craveable. Everything on our menu is halal and made to order. Quick lunch, dinner with friends, or a late-night bite — it comes out hot, fresh, and done right, every time. We started in Montclair, brought the heat to Princeton, and we're just warming up — more locations coming soon across New Jersey.
