Getting started with deep learning
Artificial intelligence and machine learning is everywhere. Powering chatbots, virtual assistants, robots, self-driving systems, and generative AI, you are about to learn how it actually works. A key technology behind this progress is deep learning. It helps machines learn patterns from data, make predictions, and support intelligent applications. My name is Kumaran Ponnambalam. In this course, I will take you through the basics of deep learning using simple explanations, practical examples, and hands-on demonstrations. We will cover neural networks, layers, activation functions, weights, biases, training, validation, and predictions. Then you will build a few simple models using Keras and TensorFlow. You should be familiar with Python, basic machine learning concepts, and introductory Keras concepts to get the most out of this course. Let's get started with D++.
