Motivation

In Dutch, many words are neuter, or the masculine form also serves as the neuter form. For example, ondernemer can be both masculine and neuter, while onderneemster is feminine. In French, a recent trend has emerged to create explicitly neutral forms, such as entrepreneur·euse, which serves as a neutral alternative to the masculine entrepreneur and the feminine entrepreneuse. Support Interesting proposal, which I support, if only to see what happens over time. My suspicion is that there are multiple "female forms of label" and multiple "neutral forms of label" in various languages, associated with spelling conventions and fashions. I am not familiar with lexemes so if there's a way to add alternate names for any gendered name, I am interested to know how this could be properly linked to the item so that lexeme-deficient Wikidatans like myself can wrap their heads around this. Support I think this proposal is a good idea, it is indeed a necessary complement of the male and female properties that we already have!! I have worked quite a lot on this topic on the Dutch and English Wiktionaries, mainly for Dutch and Esperanto. I only have one suggestion: I think we should call it "gender-neutral form of label", and not "neuter form of label". The already existing properties are also called "male" and "female", not "masculine" and "feminine". The words "masculine", "feminine" and "neuter" are mostly grammar words. For your Dutch example, the word "ondernemer" is gender-neutral, but grammatically it is not neuter, it belongs to the common gender, because we use the article "de" and not "het".
