TL;DR: All sliders can be toggled in CAS, but the changes do not save.
Testing: I use some of the most common mods and always start in regular gameplay before moving onto 50-50. It's not the best procedure, but I do it this way because I'm a player first and a fixer second. It's worked so far. I will update this when my process changes.
