For the record, I currently release four podcast episodes a week, a ROTL, a Roadwork and two Omnibuses where I talk with my friends about everything; I sound like a bear in autumn, fat on blueberries; I am a songwriter and and essayist and I'm ready to go at a moment's notice; I try to help people. I Love what I do and want to keep doing it, talking about stuff with my friends, making music, writing and performing. This Patreon will help me ensure my independence. I love collaborating and sharing what I make for free, and with support from fans I can also manage it as a creative career. You know how it works. I'm also ready to stay off social media and focus my attention on more satisfying creative work. I'm best in long-form conversation, at essay length, rather than 140 characters. I'm still writing music, most of which remains unpublished, some of which I'm ready to share. And then there's the book, or books, lyrics, short essays on love and war. I'm always writing, and I hope to start publishing. I'd prefer to start by sharing with the people who already know me best. It may take me a few months to figure it all out. I'm definitely going to do one-off podcasts where I talk to interesting people about their weird interests and pleasures. I'm so often the interviewee but I love to be the interviewer as well. I know a lot of nutty people. This will be really fun. Not to mention my podcast with my sister Susan, Road Rage. New episodes once a month and only available here on this Patreon, at every level of support. This level is embarrassing even to offer but money means different things to different people and there are Cosimo de' Medicis out there and I count them among my friends.  Still, it's no small matter.
