As another incredible year comes to a close, we are proud to celebrate the achievements of our Grainger Academy of The Joffrey Ballet students and the exciting paths that lie ahead. In addition to the many students returning to continue their training with us next season, we are thrilled to see Academy dancers take their next steps at Atlanta Ballet, Avant Chamber Ballet, BalletMet, Ballet 5:8, Benedict Manniegel Ballet, Charlotte Ballet, Cincinnati Ballet, English National Ballet, Georgetown University, Indiana University, Istanbul State Opera and Ballet, The Joffrey Ballet, Manassas Ballet Theatre, National Moravian-Silesian Theatre, Oklahoma University, Oregon Ballet Theatre, Orlando Ballet, Philadelphia Ballet, Pittsburgh Ballet, Purdue University, Richmond Ballet, San Francisco Ballet, Spelman College, State Street Ballet, Texas Ballet Theatre, Tulsa Ballet, University of California, Berkeley, University of Chicago, University of Southern California, University of Utah, and University of Virginia. As this season marks the close of an extraordinary chapter, we pause to honor and celebrate Nicolas Blanc as he concludes his time with The Joffrey Ballet after years of remarkable contributions to our Company. Nic has guided our Company Artists with precision and care, shaping each rehearsal with insight, discipline, and artistry. Beyond the studio, he has been a trusted mentor and inspiring presence, fostering growth and nurturing the artistic voices of those around him. As a choreographer, his creative vision has enriched our repertoire and captivated audiences, and we are grateful that his work will continue to live and evolve on the Joffrey stage for years to come. We extend our deepest gratitude to Nicolas Blanc for his exceptional artistry, leadership, and heart. Joffrey will always be home. ❤️✨

What a night! 🕺🪩 The 2026 Joffrey Celebration brought together artists, patrons, supporters, and friends in a way that felt unmistakably Chicago. Our 70th Anniversary Season honors a legacy that challenged convention and redefined dance as an art form. To celebrate this milestone year, Studio Joffrey raised critical support for ambitious performances, arts education, and community programs that reach audiences across the city.
