Before you can start accessing our huge range of savings and discounts, we will verify your account using your registered email address. You will also need to read and agree to ISM Discount Plus Terms and Conditions & Privacy Policy.

To login, click the Discount+ button on this page to go to the Discount+ website. Select the ‘Login’ link in the main navigation. Once the page loads, complete the form with your registered email address and password.

When you see a reward that you would like to redeem, simply click ‘Claim’. You will then be shown instructions on what to do next. If you would like to know more before claiming a specific offer, click on the ‘Offer Details’, ‘FAQs’ or ‘Terms ‘tabs for more information.

E-gift or digital vouchers can be used exclusively with the brand you have chosen. They work just like cash and can be used in conjunction with sale items or other promotions. We will apply your discount when you buy your voucher through the platform. Digital vouchers are delivered to your email inbox usually within an hour of buying them.

Some discounts can only be claimed once, but you can claim others as many times as you like e.g. regularly purchasing vouchers for your weekly food shop.

- Mail- receive the discount via post to your mailing address provided at the time of the redemption of the discount. Any such delivery mechanism will be specified during the redemption on Discount+.
- Phone- redemption where Propello Cloud (our discount provider) will present a specific code and telephone number to you for you to redeem the discount. Any such delivery mechanism will be specified during the redemption on Discount+.
- Link-based- redemption where Propello Cloud will offer a protected link within Discount+ to help you redeem the discount directly from your account.
- Email- receive the discount and a unique link to your email address provided at the time of the redemption of the discount on Discount+.

You either follow a link to the shop that has been provided in the e-gift/voucher itself or accompanying email or access the website through a google search or app on your phone or preferred device. Once on the website, browse the shop, selecting the goods you want to purchase and then proceed to checkout. Once you are at the checkout, there is an ‘add gift card’ section where you will add the voucher code and/or pin that appear in your e-gift/voucher email. (This is not to be confused with the ‘add discount’ section – which is generally used for promo codes rather than your e-gift/voucher details). Once you have entered the requested codes, the discount amount will appear at the checkout.

Once you are at the checkout, you will see there is a ‘add gift card’ section and this is where you will add the code that appears in your e-gift/voucher. (This is not to be confused with the ‘add discount’ section – which is generally for promo codes rather than your e-gift/voucher details).

You will be asked to provide your address, you should enter the address details in the corresponding address boxes. Online purchases will require billing details to be entered before you can continue with the purchase.

You will be requested to add the code and/or pin that is displayed in your e-gift/voucher. The ‘shop now’ button directs you to the chosen website, however there is no automated discount added. Your e-gift/voucher will specify the discount number and pin and only when these are manually added, will the discount be activated on the retailers website

This issue is directly related to the screen display size on your devise. What you will need to do is temporarily reduce your screen display size. Instructions can usually be found on the header of the browser bar. In chrome you will find three dots on the top righthand side of the browser bar and if you click these you will find a settings menu. You need to select the ‘zoom option’ in the menu and then select to ‘zoom in’. Once you zoom in, the box will fully appear and you can click the ‘accept cookies’ button. Once you have accepted the cookies, you can zoom back out to your preferred display size. All other browsers will have a similar menu and zoom option.
