Locked Library is recommended for ages 12+, as some of the puzzles and clues can be a bit challenging. That said, the event is designed to be family-friendly and fun for all ages! Younger participants can enjoy searching for clues, exploring the space, and helping the team solve puzzles. We encourage families to work together. Everyone can play a part in the adventure!

Yes. One ticket is required for each participant. We recommend registering as a team, and for the most engaging experience, teams should have between two and four players.

Of course! It's recommended that you have between 2-4 players on each team for the most engaging experience; however, you're are more than welcome to have additional players on your team.

If you're registering as an individual and would like to be on a team with a specific player, please email us at edmontonpubliclibrary@epl.ca and specify which player(s) you would like to be paired up with.

Locked Library does not require a team, so feel free to sign up as an individual if you would like to give the game a try as a solo player! If you would prefer to play as part of a team, please let us atgive@epl.ca. We will make a note of it on your registration and do our best to add you to a team of other individual players if available. 

Change of plans? We understand that things come up. For your information, ticket refunds are accepted until July 10 at 11:59 pm. After this deadline, all ticket sales are final, but transfers will be allowed. If you need to inquire about a refund or transfer within the allowed timeframe, please contact us at give@epl.ca as soon as possible.
