THIS IS HOW WE GROW GIRLS ULTIMATE
In just one year of intentional investment, our GURLS initiative grew the middle school girls league 400%, from 11 players to 55, and reversed a years-long decline in girls' participation in Ultimate. We did it by creating girl-specific playing spaces and training women coaches who inspire the next generation to stay in the game. The strategy is working!
